Welcome, Windows 8 !

Cameyo 2.0 will support Windows 8.
But beyond that, I would like to show you a prototype of Cameyo Metro - a Metro-style console designed to let you deploy & manage Cameyo apps on different computers. Be it your company's IT, or your friends & family, you can now deploy virtual apps without having to manage complex deployment scenarios. All from the palm of your [PC / Windows tablet or phone].
Please watch, enjoy, and more importantly - send in your comments & suggestions (by email, or directly here).
Welcome Windows 8!

  2. Wow, this would be a really alternative to SCCM/AppV or Thinapp. Do you plan to release the console + the agent also as freeware?

  3. I forgot. Is the agent RDS(Terminalserver) capable? That means that the agent didn't start with every session, only once. Of course the agent have to manage the deployment for different users.

Maybe that would be nice, but difficult to implement.

  4. One agent would be running per-user-session, so yes - it would be RDS capable.
With regards to delay and licensing, it is still too early to tell. This prototype is mainly to get feedback from you all during the design phase.
